Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 7+ years in sales or business development, specifically in the electrical market.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience with manufacturing representatives/agents.

  • Manage distributor relationships, improve distributor channels, and drive sales through distribution.
  • Lead sales agents and territory activity to achieve revenue targets and market share.
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, operations, and finance teams to develop and implement customer-first programs.
  • Monitor distributor orders, shipments, and POS with AOP and initiate corrective actions.
  • Partner with Regional Sales Managers for penetration strategies and relationship coordination.
  • Participate in industry events and communicate market dynamics for improvements.
