- Requires a bachelor's degree.

- Knowledge of Salesforce and Marketo.

- Influence the Marketing team with demand generation campaigns.
- Build, maintain, and expand sales training programs for the assigned team.
- Demonstrate essential skills related to effectively leading a sales team.
- Prioritize and adjust to the changing demands of the position.
- Understand and explain the company's technology solutions to partners and customers.
- Comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures.
