Senior Sales Engineer

Requirements:

• Minimum of seven (7+) years of relevant experience as a Sr. Sales Engineer.
• Proven ability to present technical information to executives.
• Appropriate industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCSP).
• Advanced networking technology certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE).
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in computer science or related.
• Strong empathy for customers and sales growth.
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
• Hands-on experience with networking/security solutions including SD-WAN and cloud technologies.
• Fluent in English and Japanese.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with customers and partners as primary contact for technical sales and issue resolution.
• Provide feedback to Product Management on feature requests and enhancements.
• Travel within the territory as needed for engagements.
• Exceed sales targets.
• Articulate the benefits of various architectures to senior security management.
• Construct best practices for demos, presentations, and customer success.
• Present security solutions to prospective customers and lead POCs.
