Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in the employer healthcare benefit consultant/broker space or experience in partnerships or sales in the vendor space.
  • Preferred Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in business, healthcare, health management, or well-being.
  • Experience working with benefit consultants and a proven track record of developing strong partnership relationships.
  • Proven track record of meeting monthly and annual goals including creating sales opportunities.
  • High EQ, strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, and polished communications.
  • Maintains a deep understanding of the healthcare/benefits space and attention to detail.
  • Self-starter, reliable team player with the ability to deliver quality projects on time.
Responsibilities:
  • Support the growth of Modern Health by driving qualified opportunities from Referral Partners to the Sales team.
  • Own the partner experience and drive operational excellence for a targeted number of national consulting firms.
  • Implement, lead, and create marketing campaigns that generate demand and leverage referral partners.
  • Collaborate with partners to develop strong go-to-market plans and manage co-marketing activities.
  • Serve as the day-to-day contact from Modern Health to executive-level stakeholders and lead consultants.
  • Work closely with Account Executives and Client Success teams to leverage relationships in the benefits consultant community.
