Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in partnerships.
• Proven track record of closing deals successfully.
• In-depth understanding of the advisory and consultancy landscape.
• Experience building teams and optimizing cross-functional partnerships.
• Experience in HR Tech SaaS and Enterprise Accounts.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities:

• Leverage tools to engage with partner ecosystem and support AEs.
• Support the AE team in developing a field Co-Sell motion.
• Nurture strategic partner to seller relationships.
• Assess and onboard ideal partner types for the regions.
• Own a quota related to Partner Sourced and Partner Influenced revenue.
• Build partner plans to achieve revenue goals.
• Assist in scaling the Partner GTM function through various initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to leverage partnership opportunities.
• Evaluate partnerships using analytics tools.
