Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in partner management, sales, or account management within the healthcare or technology sector.
• Experience with healthcare revenue cycle management and related technologies.
• Experience managing multiple partner relationships and increasing revenue.
• Knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle and Healthcare IT.
• Management Certification through a healthcare industry professional organization such as: NAHAM, HFMA, AAHAM.

Responsibilities:

• Develop strong, long-term relationships with reseller and channel partners.
• Serve as the primary contact for partners, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
• Facilitate regular meetings with partners to discuss performance, opportunities for growth, and mutual goals.
• Develop and implement strategies to strengthen partner engagement and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with teams to manage the end-to-end order lifecycle.
• Evaluate partner-submitted deals for alignment with company objectives.
• Manage the deal registration process and ensure proper tracking.
• Collaborate with sales, legal, and finance teams to assess deal structures.
• Maintain comprehensive tracking of registered deals.
• Develop and execute joint GTM strategies with partners.
• Monitor and report on GTM activities and performance.
• Contribute to partner-focused training programs.
