Requirements:
  • At least three of the followings:
  • Experienced in managing managers.
  • Skilled in optimizing collaboration and operations by implementing engineering processes or tools.
  • Experienced in assessing team members' performance in collaboration with executives and other managers, and determining their rewards, such as annual bonuses.
  • Experienced in nurturing team members through effective coaching and mentoring support.
  • Experienced in setting team priorities or project direction based on customer feedback and/or marketing data.
  • Experienced in writing tech blogs for public audiences or conducting public speeches to share insights and expertise.
  • In addition to the above, we expect successful candidates to meet the following qualifications:
  • Experience to manage engineering teams of 5 or more people.
  • Fluent in coding with either C#, C++, Java or Rust.
