Responsibilities:

• Lead a team responsible for Kraken’s onboarding experience. This is a uniquely impactful role that has direct impact on the business with a high level of potential impact and influence.
• Mentor engineers in their personal and professional growth, offering both technical and career guidance.
• Oversee and contribute to engineering design discussions, ensuring high standards and innovative solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
• Maintain technical skills by contributing to the codebase, alongside managerial duties.
