Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a QA Engineer.
  • Experience testing frontend and backend applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and inter-personal skills.
  • Ability to interpret technical stories and perform focused testing of new features.
  • Hands-on experience with manual testing across a range of browsers and devices.
  • Performance testing experience.
  • Experience working with modern CI/CD tooling.

Responsibilities:
  • Join the product team as a QA Engineer to test our suite of web-based products.

  • Run regular regression tests on critical applications.
  • Perform ad-hoc exploratory testing as needed.
  • Help manage external services we use to improve our test coverage.
  • Communicate test progress, test results, and other relevant information to stakeholders.
  • Investigate issues found during testing or reported from production, log them into Jira, and escalate as necessary.
