Requirements:
  • 7-10 years of taking payments and/or B2B SaaS products to market using agile, user-centered design and lean customer discovery methodologies.
  • 1-2 years experience managing and mentoring product managers
  • Experience identifying and leading key strategic products to market in technology companies
  • A strong technical background with significant hands-on experience collaboratively building technology products with UX designers and Engineers
  • A keen sense of business with the ability to understand market trends and customers needs, build business cases to justify your analysis, and design and prioritize products and features to fit the market needs and deliver long-term growth.
  • Proven experience leading medium to large sized cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
  • Mentor, develop, hire and lead a team of product managers to maximize impact and achieve overall goals
  • Develop a deep understanding of our market and customers by sythesizing a variety of quantitative and qualitative data across a wide range of use cases and segments.
  • Become the “go-to” person for competitor insights related to your product(s) has a clear perspective on how to create competitive advantage
  • Leverage deep understanding to create a top class vision, strategy and roadmap for new products that expand our addressable markets on highly ambiguous initiatives.
  • Effectively infleunce, negotiate and articulate strategy / rationale with AffiniPay stakeholders at all levels to get alignment and rally people around your vision.
  • Expertly align your product team and cross-functional leaders around outcomes to ensure we reach our short and long-term goals
  • Defines and shapes our GTM processes and strategies via strong collaboration with Product Marketing and business partners to maximize business outcomes and customer value.
  • Promote and influence the overall product vision and strategy across the organization.
  • Mentor more junior product managers in product best practices.
  • Demonstrate mastery of your product(s) and proficiency in all products in the AffiniPay portfolio.
  • Other Duties as assigned
