- Account Reviews: Analyze usage data to recommend improvements and create action plans.
- Process Development: Maintain processes and documentation.
- Sales support: Assist CEO in outreach and follow-ups.
- Feedback: Relay agency feedback to the product team for service improvement.
- Ops: Manage operational processes and reporting.
