Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in recruitment.
• Available to start in early 2024.
• Must be based in Australia and have the right to work in Australia.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Bonus: Experience working remotely or in a startup environment, and prior account management experience.

Responsibilities:

• Onboarding and Training: Train new recruiters on using Messly and provide product demos.
• Regular Check-ins: Conduct status meetings with customers to understand needs and gather feedback proactively.
• Account Reviews: Analyze usage data to recommend improvements and create action plans.
• Process Development: Maintain processes and documentation.
• Sales support: Assist CEO in outreach and follow-ups.
• Feedback: Relay agency feedback to the product team for service improvement.
• Ops: Manage operational processes and reporting.
