- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Serve as the primary liaison across sales, media, account, data cloud, and analytics teams to ensure seamless strategy alignment and execution.
- Bridge presales strategy with post-sales execution, maintaining objectives and fostering collaboration.
- Develop and deliver strategic roadmaps that align with client goals and outcomes.
- Provide actionable insights and opportunities from the Zeta Marketing Platform (ZMP).
- Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
- Facilitate collaborative client sessions to drive innovation.
- Collaborate to ensure successful onboarding and activation of first-party (1P) data.
- Monitor and manage roadmap deliverables, ensuring timely delivery.
- Identify risks and propose solutions to optimize performance.
- Present high-impact reports and narratives to communicate insights effectively.
