Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in K-12 teaching, adult education, or 2+ years in software training, coaching, or live facilitation.
  • Experience in curriculum and instructional design or directly with the Pear Assessment product is preferable.
  • Ability to quickly develop rapport and trust with diverse clients, demonstrating patience and empathy.
  • Previous experience in instructional design or lesson planning is beneficial.
  • Self-starter capable of thriving in fast-paced and unpredictable environments.
  • Adept at project management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Driven to find new solutions, improve content, and optimize processes.
Responsibilities:
  • Deliver trainings to Teachers, Admins, and Counselors on GoGuardian and Pear Deck Learning Suites.
  • Become an expert in the product, value proposition, and best practices to support product trainings.
  • Support customer education by developing and updating training content.
  • Facilitate recurring webinars and custom trainings as part of the training services team.
  • Manage Professional Development workflow for clients with varying levels of training needs.
  • Up to 60% travel required.
