Requirements:

Responsibilities:

  • Drive increased registration and engagement for trialers and customers by integrating training into onboarding flows.
  • Maintain up-to-date technical documentation in the Help Center.
  • Create educational media from start to finish, including storyboarding and visual assembly.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to keep educational content current.
