Requirements:

- Ability to translate complex technical information into concise documentation for diverse audiences.

- Experience working cross-functionally on projects to meet stakeholder needs.
Responsibilities:
- Own the scheduling, creation, marketing, delivery, and reporting of existing live training curriculum.
- Identify, build, and test new courses to expand the overall curriculum for users and trialers.
- Drive increased registration and engagement for trialers and customers by integrating training into onboarding flows.
- Maintain up-to-date technical documentation in the Help Center.
- Create educational media from start to finish, including storyboarding and visual assembly.
- Collaborate with multiple departments to keep educational content current.
