Requirements:
  • Pre Sales Solution consulting and/or related consulting experience.
  • Consultancy or sales experience with global payroll processes and systems.
  • Excellent understanding of distributed workforce solutions and international HRIS.
  • Strong knowledge in contractor management tools, Employer of Record, and Global Payroll.
  • Familiarity with sales cycles and processes.
  • Excellent communication skills with storytelling abilities.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn software solutions.
  • Team player with collaborative skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant payroll certifications considered a plus.
  • Knowledge of payroll accounting and software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; additional fluency in German or French is a plus.
  • Experience working remotely is a plus.
  • 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 3 years with a Master's degree.
Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Global Payroll sellers to define and execute sales strategies.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in Global Payroll and stay updated on product features and industry developments.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through tailored demonstrations and presentations.
  • Develop and iterate on sales playbooks to enhance sales quality.
  • Translate customer needs into actionable scope of work for implementation.
  • Enable solutions consulting and sales teams on technical aspects of Global Payroll.
  • Provide commercially minded feedback to Product teams.
