Requirements:
  • Hands-on people management experience with a coaching mindset.
  • Progressive experience in HR Operations across multiple countries.
  • Deep knowledge of Benefits plans in the US, Canada, and LATAM countries.
  • Proven track record in customer-facing roles with emphasis on service level metrics management.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced, international, scale-up environment.
  • Tech savvy with experience in various digital tools.
  • Ability to manage and maintain confidential employee data with professionalism.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
Responsibilities:
  • Take full ownership of the recruitment, training, skills enhancement, mentoring, supervision and coaching of one of the regional Benefits Operations team.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point on all Benefits related topics.
  • Work closely and effectively with various departments to ensure scalability, accuracy, and data integrity.
  • Improve & optimise Benefits Operations processes, including identifying opportunities for automation.
  • Ensure compliance with legal standards in service delivery.
  • Support reporting, audit, and compliance initiatives.
  • Deliver superior value to Remote's employees and clients.
  • Ensure no cost/revenue leakage in benefits payments.
  • Champion Remote's values and Benefits team's goals.
