Requirements:

  • Progressive experience in HR Operations across multiple countries.
  • Deep knowledge of Benefits plans in US, Canada, and LATAM.
  • Passionate about goals and quality with experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international, scale-up environment.
  • Tech-savvy with experience in various digital tools.
  • Ability to manage and maintain employee data and confidential information professionally.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
Responsibilities:
  • Take full ownership of the recruitment, training, skills enhancement, mentoring, supervision and coaching of one of the regional Benefits Operations team to support their development, performance and growth.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point on all Benefits related topics.
  • Work closely with various departments to ensure scalability, accuracy, and data integrity.
  • Improve and optimise Benefits Operations processes and tools.
  • Ensure compliance with service delivery.
  • Support reporting, audit, compliance, and data integrity initiatives.
  • Deliver superior value to Remote's employees and clients.
  • Guarantee no cost/revenue leakage.
  • Champion Remote's values and Benefits team's goals.
