- Demonstrated years of People Management experience in a high-volume operational team in the Americas region.
- Deep understanding of North, South & Central America employment and/or labour laws.
- Experience managing people in the Americas region and developing operational processes.
- Understanding of Employment Agreements in multiple jurisdictions is advantageous.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability for team performance.
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure and hold difficult conversations.
- Pragmatic and flexible approach to challenges.
- Previous start-up or hyper-growth experience preferred.
- Fluent in English, with bonus for Spanish and/or Portuguese.
- The AMER Onboarding Operations team will report to you and you will provide them with guidance and mentorship.
- Responsible and accountable for the performance of the AMER Onboarding Operations Specialists.
- Act as escalation point for Onboarding challenges within AMER.
- Work collaboratively with Managers to instigate operational change projects.
- Utilise data to track team performance and produce regular reports.
- Continuously identify and implement improvements to processes and customer experience.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on customer onboarding.
- Support reporting, audit, compliance, and data integrity initiatives.
- Identify and roll out automation opportunities in existing workflows.
