Responsibilities:
  • Provide delightful support to Employees and Clients regarding Benefits in multiple areas, including plans, enrollment, invoicing, and vendor platforms.
  • Process and solve tickets and escalations in Zendesk/e-mail.
  • Execute data-related tasks with care and precision.
  • Help define and execute Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Work closely within the Benefits team and with other departments to analyze customer needs.
  • Provide analytical, administrative, and technical support for benefits programs.
  • Maintain operations process documents and identify automation opportunities.
  • Research and distill knowledge systematically in Notion.
  • Champion Remote's values and the Benefits team's goals.
