- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, business management, project management or related field.
- Minimum of five years of experience in process engineering, preferably in telecommunications or utility infrastructure.
- Experience with process simulation and creation software such as Visio or IBM Blueworks.
- AutoCAD experience preferred; ARCGIS and ARCGIS Online software experience required.
- Professional certifications in Six Sigma and/or PMP are a plus.
- Proficiency in process simulation software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Develop and optimize processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Conduct process simulations to predict outcomes and identify potential issues.
- Implement process improvements and best practices.

- Lead or participate in process improvement projects, coordinating across various departments.
