Requirements:
  • Deep experience managing a team of quota-carrying Account Managers focused on SMB and Mid Market customers.
  • Ability to create strategic roadmaps and execute growth plans.
  • Experience in defining, measuring, and presenting sales metrics to leadership.
  • Proven track record of implementing strong sales practices.
  • Experience leading, hiring, and developing distributed talent.
  • Ability to foster cross-functional alignment with Product, RevOps, Customer Success, and Acquisition Sales.
  • Consistently deliver against targets, ensuring achieved goals.
  • Refine processes for scaling and growing the team.
  • Experience in fast-paced environments, including startups.
  • Knowledge of tools for SMB Account Management, with proficiency in Salesforce.
  • Fluent in English; additional language is a plus.
  • Experience working remotely is a plus.
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for meeting and exceeding Account Management team business goals while developing and supporting direct reports.
  • Create and demonstrate sales behaviors and processes to ensure team success.
  • Coach and empower team members to succeed and grow their careers.
  • Build strategic roadmap and execute initiatives.
  • Identify and execute improvements to enhance customer success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners on GTM strategy.
  • Lead Strategic and Senior Account Managers in account prioritization and sales metrics.
  • Engage with clients and team members to close deals and drive growth.
  • Provide guidance on tools for the sales cycle.
  • Understand Customer Profiles to prioritize SMB opportunities.
  • Report weekly and quarterly on opportunity statistics.
