  • Solid operational experience in HR across multiple roles, with a focus on HR generalist responsibilities in handling multiple countries.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations, especially related to time tracking, attendance, and leave management.
  • Proven experience in implementing end-to-end time off and attendance policies based on country regulations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex Time & Attendance concepts clearly.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with employees, clients, and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in another language is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced remote environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Ownership of Time & Attendance Standard Operating Procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date, efficient, and compliant with relevant laws.
  • Provide subject matter expertise for internal and external queries related to Employee Lifecycle matters concerning Time & Attendance.
  • Gather feedback and insights from stakeholders to continuously enhance the employee journey.
  • Manage employee data meticulously, ensuring security and confidentiality while supporting reporting and compliance initiatives.
  • Promote and exemplify Remote's values internally and externally.
