Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Actuarial or related field.
  • 7+ years related professional experience in financial reporting and/or financial planning & analysis.

  • CPA or MBA preferred.
  • Significant insurance experience is highly desirable.
  • Experience with projections, general ledgers, databases, and report writing is desired.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint required.
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for leading a team who owns and executes leading, scalable financial forecasts & analysis.
  • Analyze financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide robust financial forecasting and analysis, creating clear and credible explanations.
  • Lead the production and distribution of FP&A forecasts while considering MNPI requirements.
  • Train, coach, mentor staff, and collaborate to deepen understanding of FP&A functions.
  • Develop analytical tools to drive review and understanding of key results.
