Requirements:

• CA / MBA (Finance) with 4 – 5 years of experience in a fast paced environment.
• Experience of controlling costs, setting up SOPs and scaling up systems.
• Ability to work with senior leadership and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently with large volume of data and drive insights.
• Business acumen and understanding of macro / business drivers.
• Excellent Excel and Gsheets knowledge is a must.
• Good Excel modelling skills.
• Working knowledge of Netsuite is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Establishing right controls and process around managing costs & revenue.
• Setting up department wise budgets and tracking actual expense and doing variance analysis.
• Driving cost optimisations for all departments.
• Vendor negotiations.
• Reviewing monthly financial close and assisting with reporting/presentation material.
• Developing key business insight & actionable via analytics.
