Responsibilities:

• Facilitate internal processes by tracking and managing short and long term plans for the People department.
• Collaborate with People leadership to develop and refine department goals, providing strategic guidance as needed.
• Drive accountability of the CPO and People team on key programs by overseeing performance tracking and expected results.
• Build and oversee innovative people strategies to enhance the employee experience and drive business performance.
• Ensure all People programs support Remote's strategic goals.
• Prepare analysis and documents for C-level and board meetings.
• Develop and track success metrics for People initiatives with leadership.
• Collaborate with the Data Team for reporting insights.
• Drive alignment and execution of the People strategy across functions.
• Own and drive high priority projects and act as a trusted advisor in the People organization.
