Requirements:
  • Based in Bali, Indonesia
  • At least 1 year hands-on experience in Account Management/Sales/Revenue Management/Customer Success in related fields
  • Experience in OTA/Hotels departments is an advantage
  • Knowledge of revenue structure for hoteliers is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesian and English
  • Proactive with the ability to build strong client relationships
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Comfortable using CRM and computer software (Excel, Power BI)
  • Proficient with ticket and helpdesk systems (Zendesk, Omnidesk, or Jira)
Responsibilities:
  • Be the primary contact for local clients in Indonesia, addressing any queries or issues
  • Observe and evaluate client performance to determine enhancement opportunities
  • Arrange and hold frequent check-ins and quarterly business reviews
  • Work alongside internal teams to resolve client issues promptly
  • Proactively boost direct online sales
  • Focus on revenue strategy and assist partners in achieving results
  • Participate in local marketing activities and events
  • Maintain product knowledge and industry trend awareness
  • Promote clients' interests within the organization
