Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business (Accounting or Finance preferred).
  • 2-4 years of relevant sales compensation experience, preferably in a high growth fintech company.
  • Intermediate level Excel skills with experience handling large data sets.
  • Experience with Sage Intacct, Hubspot, and Allbound is a plus.
  • Experience with sales commission software.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and finance teams to design and implement sales compensation plans that align with business objectives.
  • Manage and maintain commission software and utilize it to streamline processes and improve accuracy.
  • Create, develop, and implement repeatable business and operational processes, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and process commissions accurately and on time.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of compensation programs in driving sales performance.
  • Partner with HR, payroll, and finance teams for integration of compensation plans.
  • Document processes and policies for transparency and audit readiness.
  • Perform special projects as assigned.
