  • University degree in Law.
  • Knowledge of corporate, commercial, and tax law.

Responsibilities:
  • Day-to-day legal and compliance support of the international group of companies’ activities.
  • Analyze legislation related to the operation of current or new projects across multiple jurisdictions (Ukraine, U.S., Cyprus, Estonia).
  • Legal drafting and proofreading of contracts with Ukrainian and foreign counterparties.
  • Preparation of various legal documents for B2B and B2C platforms.
  • Legal support for employment issues and individual entrepreneurs.
  • Communicate and negotiate with local and international counterparties.
