Requirements:
  • At least 5 years' experience in corporate law, with at least 3 years in a reputed law firm or Big4.
  • Proven experience in M&A and corporate secretary management.
  • Advanced English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
  • Interest in litigation and other fields of law.
  • Master in international commercial law is a plus.
  • Highly motivated in start-up and tech environments.

Responsibilities:
  • Report to the Director of Commercial, Antitrust and Corporate on legal implications.
  • Manage corporate operations such as M&As, divestments, and relationships with shareholders.
  • Ensure implementation of global Group policies on Corporate Governance.
  • Provide support to local subsidiaries in governance matters and intercompany agreements.
  • Lead reporting implications involving business players.
  • Support finance team with financial statements and asset issues.
  • Manage litigations for Spanish subsidiaries.
