Requirements:
  • At least 5 years' experience in international corporate law, preferably in a fast-growing environment.
  • Significant experience in managing and drafting intra-group agreements.
  • Master 2 in business law, specializing in company law.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong autonomy, diplomacy, discretion, team spirit, and sense of service.
  • Ability to manage complex cases and identify key issues.
  • Excellent writing and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
  • Organizational skills combined with high rigor.
  • Background in intellectual property is a plus.
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the legal life of companies and their bodies (Boards of Directors, General Meetings, etc.).
  • Management of exceptional transactions (capital operations, restructurings, mergers, etc.).
  • Identify and resolve legal issues relating to corporate law and governance.
  • Monitor compliance with legal deadlines and transaction schedules.
  • Develop and implement group policies adapted to local regulations.
  • Assist in implementing a monitoring software for legal processes.
  • Supervise the integration of acquired companies.
  • Manage Believe Group's intra-group agreements including drafting and monitoring contracts.
