Requirements:
  • CPA designation required.

  • Oversee financial year-end close procedures for subsidiaries, prepare annual financial statements, and coordinate with external tax consultants.
  • Assist in preparing financial statement note disclosures as per US GAAP.
  • Research and establish company-wide accounting policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance of financial and accounting activities.
  • Provide training, mentorship, and performance feedback.
  • Contribute to ad hoc projects like equity financing, forecasting, budgeting, and insurance renewals.
