Requirements:

Responsibilities:
  • Execute the vision for the Customer Success team to achieve Pagefreezer's goals.
  • Build and expand customer relationships to enhance trust and satisfaction.
  • Pitch and demonstrate solutions to address customer needs.
  • Align customer goals with their investment in Pagefreezer.
  • Advocate internally for customers, providing feedback and resolving issues.
  • Grow assigned account revenue and increase product adoption.
  • Create proactive engagement plans to identify sales opportunities.
  • Drive customer renewals and ensure timely payments.
  • Maintain up-to-date CRM records and keep customers informed of relevant updates.

  • Drive Adoption, Renewal and Expansion: Customer Lifecycle Management - Oversee the entire customer journey, from onboarding, adoption to renewal and expansion.

  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Driving customer success by increasing activation, adoption, and retention rates aligned with company goals.
