Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years in healthcare payer sales; technology sales preferred.
  • Experience and a deep understanding of payer organizations and their needs.
  • Knowledge of quality measurement systems such as Medicare Stars and HEDIS.
  • Established contacts within leading US healthcare payers; experience in Community Pharmacy preferred.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, collaborate, multitask, and prioritize.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and develop complex business presentations.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and writing skills.
  • Willingness to travel and engage in prospecting activities.
Responsibilities:
  • Own and drive top of the funnel growth in the region and strategize with sales teams.
  • Increase PQS' visibility through marketing efforts like conferences and webinars.
  • Close large enterprise deals by coordinating stakeholder engagement and defining ROI.
  • Develop and implement business plans for prospective clients to adopt quality processes.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to executive-level decision-makers.
  • Manage end-to-end sales processes, including initial communications, proposals, and negotiations.
  • Forecast sales and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Work cross-functionally to enhance EQUIPP-related products.
  • Partner with internal teams for client-specific updates and engagement.
  • Support post-implementation account management.
