Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of demonstrated experience in a client-facing account management, digital media or AdTech role.
  • Cross-channel knowledge or experience in paid social, search and programmatic media.
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize projects while paying strict attention to detail.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful media strategies that drive results for clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with clients to ensure all needs are understood and addressed promptly.
  • Serve as the point of contact and liaison for assigned clients, fostering strong relationships, understanding their business objectives, and providing strategic guidance and support.
  • Own the strategic account planning and organizing of a BoB (book of business) to help further accelerate client growth.
  • Responsible for client growth, retention, and encouraging new product adoption where suitable for client goals.
  • Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) of Knorex’s cross-channel platform (XPO) and guide customers in using the product and services.
  • Provide media strategy consultation and technical support to clients to help achieve business/brand/agency goals.
  • Work closely with clients and the internal Customer Success Team to ensure pacing and delivery of each client’s media spend.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams on project planning and improving standard operating procedures.
  • Plan and execute to support the onboarding of new clients.
