  • Deep understanding of environmental trading markets.
  • Autonomous self-starter able to work independently with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Previous experience as Trader/Broker in environmental commodities or as Analyst in environmental trading or Sales role for service providers.
  • Verifiable track record of commercial success in the field of expertise.
  • Great communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with additional European languages as a plus.
  • Positive attitude with a passion for building and nurturing relationships.
  • Comfortable working in a developing and constantly changing company environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced start-up and passion for digital products and services.
  • Strong work ethic with a high sense of urgency.

  • Identify prospects, generate and follow up on leads, and develop a sales pipeline.
  • Win new customers trading VERs, GoOs, REGO’s, EUAs, and other environmental products.
  • Identify customer needs and contribute to evolving our product/service offering.
  • Increase engagement of traders to improve liquidity.
  • Guide/train other departments (Marketing, Account Management & others) on environmental trading topics.
  • Engage and develop environmental trading desks of large enmacc accounts together with the Account Management team.
  • Accountable for all revenue and contribution margin from environmental trading.
  • Represent enmacc to existing and potential customers at events such as fairs and conferences.
