  • Owns full Marketing P&L to drive profitable growth.
  • Develops integrated marketing strategy, media mix, and budget to meet business objectives.
  • Leads and inspires a high-performing marketing team, fostering collaboration and accountability.
  • Oversees all brand marketing functions including strategy, content, and creative development.
  • Manages external marketing agencies and maintains the marketing calendar.
  • Develops compelling creative briefs and champions the stories of partner farms and ranches.
  • Stays updated on industry best practices and emerging marketing technologies.
