We were founded in 2019, and have been growing rapidly ever since, with installations of our technology at leading waste management companies across Europe and the US.   We partner with our clients to help them produce higher quality outputs, transforming the economics of waste sorting and recycling – it's all about our vision to turn the world’s waste into resource. And our work has never been needed more.   • Fluency in both German and English.
  • Minimum of 3 years sales experience, particularly in the manufacturing sector.
  • Understanding of long sales cycles in B2B enterprise environments.
  • Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients through technical knowledge and listening skills.
  • High motivation with a structured, results-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication skills for relationship building at all organizational levels.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Bonus: STEM or Engineering background, second European language proficiency, driving license, Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent.

  • Build long-term relationships with clients, providing technical consultation on Recycleye products and their integration into client processes.
  • Assist in market development for Germany, Austria, and German-speaking Switzerland, including market research and tailored marketing strategies.
  • Manage key accounts and projects with a focus on detailed prospecting and 50% travel for client meetings and industry events.
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of the recycling process technically and commercially.
  • Identify new prospects through market research and networking, initiate cold outreach.
  • Visit waste facilities for assessments and develop proposals in accordance with Recycleye guidelines.
  • Analyze technical site drawings and communicate value propositions effectively.
  • Develop creative methods to enhance sales operations and ensure accurate pipeline management.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
