Requirements:

  • Assist in market development for Germany, Austria, and German-speaking Switzerland, including market research and tailored marketing strategies.
  • Manage key accounts and projects with a focus on detailed prospecting and 50% travel for client meetings and industry events.
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of the recycling process technically and commercially.
  • Identify new prospects through market research and networking, initiate cold outreach.
  • Visit waste facilities for assessments and develop proposals in accordance with Recycleye guidelines.
  • Analyze technical site drawings and communicate value propositions effectively.
  • Develop creative methods to enhance sales operations and ensure accurate pipeline management.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
