  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proven track record in sales and territory management.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in forecasting, problem-solving, and managing customer accounts.

  • Develop and nurture relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities for both brands.
  • Analyze sales data, generate reports, and present tailored solutions to meet customer needs and drive sales growth.
  • Create and implement sales strategies to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and business objectives.
  • Resolve customer complaints, troubleshoot issues, and recommend solutions to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver customized presentations to prospective and current customers.
  • Implement and review customer-specific pricing, while maintaining regular sales reports and area forecasts.
  • Provide key insights on market trends, customer requirements, competitor activity, and new product launches.
  • Work with other Area Sales Managers to share best practices and support team efforts, including training and holiday cover.
