  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Previous account management experience in technical engagements focused on Data Center, Network, Cloud Computing, Unified Communications, Cyber Security, or Database Management.
  • Preferred experience with ServiceNow, ability to achieve public trust clearance, and knowledge of ITIL framework.
  • Executive presence and experience communicating with C-suite.
  • Strong organizational, time management, problem-solving, and presentation skills.

  • Manage the overall relationship with the client and serve as the client advocate within the company.
  • Understand client business objectives and align services with those objectives.
  • Ensure successful client onboarding and ongoing delivery of services.
  • Manage account financials, including forecasting and performance to budget.
  • Implement a Client Stakeholder plan to enhance relationships.
  • Inform clients of new services and propose solutions for ongoing benefits.
