Engineering at Zego

At Zego, you will build robust, scalable backend microservices. Our primary backend stack is Python. We value strong engineering fundamentals over specific language experience. Our data science teams transform raw phone sensor data into meaningful driving signals. This involves processing over 250,000 trips daily using machine learning and signal processing. You will work on data pipelines that are reliable, observable, and scalable. We actively embrace AI, using tools like Claude Code to enhance productivity. We encourage curiosity about AI and its application in daily workflows. Engineers solve complex problems at scale. You contribute to architectural decisions. We champion engineering excellence in testability, reliability, and clean code. You will constantly learn and adapt to new technologies. You will develop, test, and deploy Python microservices for our insurance platform. You will gain deep expertise in building cloud-native microservices.
