- Excellent written, analytical, and facilitation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholder groups.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Expertise in emerging fields of public interest technology.
- 2+ years in collaboration with academic researchers preferred.
- Excellent oral presentation skills preferred.
- Proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency with Google Suite, Slack, Canva, Zoom.
- Builds and stewards a vibrant community of practice to foster peer-learning and trust-building among PTLC members.
- Designs and leads a match-making program to connect community members based on interests and policy questions.
- Plans and hosts demand-driven pop-ups rooted in community needs to improve mutual understanding between stakeholders.
- Supports coordination of bespoke working groups focused on specific time-bound questions and practical resource development.
- Develops a suite of practical resources based on community needs to advance PTLC objectives.
- Maintains a community engagement database to track needs and support various programs.
