  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent applicable experience).
  • A seasoned technical leader, with 8+ years industry experience and 2+ years in engineering management.
  • Past experience in delivering working ML / AI products is preferred.
  • Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or related field is a plus.
  • Experience collaborating with cross functional teams and product owners.

  • At least 5 years of experience in a customer facing role such as Customer Success, Account Management or similar.
  • Experience with library software solutions from Ex Libris (Alma, PrimoVE, Leganto) or similar.
  • Background in academic libraries, government, or higher education preferred.
  • Fluency in both Italian and English required.
