- A minimum of 5+ years in the travel industry is required, including experience of Reservation Systems / GDS (at least one of Amadeus, Sabre, or Navitaire).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with excellent presentation skills aligned to audience needs.
- Experience of working with international clients, and experience in a SaaS-type environment is necessary.
- Experience of working with a commercial software company including different types of projects from fully funded product developments to customer-funded developments is important.
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams is required.
- As Product Manager, youβll be responsible for managing a portfolio of 15below products and modules, applying strong commercial awareness to ensure that all new products and product enhancements are aligned with 15belowβs vision and strategy.
- You will collaborate with the customer community to gain a deep insight of their needs and develop products to meet them.
- Your responsibilities also include product idea creation, definition, and validation, by researching and assessing market size and customer appetite.
- You will create, manage, and maintain the roadmap for your product portfolio, as well as create business cases, identifying market size and opportunity to ensure all product developments have clear ROI and will deliver customer value.
- Supporting the Delivery Team in creating detailed requirements and acceptance criteria, from MVP to product maturity, ensuring products are deliverable and supportable, is also a key task.
- You will work with the Commercial team to devise/refine go-to-market plans, commercial models, and fee structures for new/enhanced products, while also supporting the team with RFPs and customer calls.
- Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies that may impact product development is critical.
- Lastly, you will communicate product strategy, progress, and roadmap to internal and external stakeholders to gain insights, buy-in, and engagement.
