Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Product Manager or Product Marketing Manager, including line management experience.
• 5+ years in the travel industry with experience in Reservation Systems / GDS.
• Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience in a SaaS environment and working with commercial software.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and strong negotiation skills.
• BSc/BA in a business or technical discipline or equivalent, experience with third-party APIs and messaging systems.

Responsibilities:

• Bringing the 15below Product Vision to life and evolving high-level roadmaps in line with business growth targets.
• Driving the future of 15below products, developing commercially-driven product strategy.
• Managing stakeholders and communication, determining product processes in collaboration with teams.
• Developing and implementing plans for new product launches, and managing existing product lines.
• Building relationships with customers and other teams, maintaining product systems, and staying updated with market trends.
• Managing the Product Team and leading a high-performing team of product managers.
