- 5-7 or more years recent success in sales or business development in Class III medical device sales.
- Demonstratable track record of successes in medical device sales, especially Class II or III.
- Knowledge of medical & surgical concepts and active implantable medical device technology.
- Solid interpersonal skills for managing relationships with customers and staff.
- Self-motivated, independent, and resilient with a long-term focus on relationship-based sales.
- Patient-focused, with knowledge of insurance authorization challenges.
- Ability to travel 50-75% annually.
- Advanced degree and healthcare experience preferred, particularly with heart failure devices.

- Maintain a deep understanding of complex physiological and technical principles related to CVRx therapies.
- Provide comprehensive support for implants and troubleshooting, assisting clinical staff and CVRx employees.
- Support clinical investigators with technical inquiries and solutions, fostering collaborative relationships.
- Present CVRx devices to leading cardiologists, ensuring they understand clinical benefits.
- Offer on-call clinical support and education for physicians on CVRx devices.
- Provide feedback to R&D from clinical investigators to inform product enhancements.
- Design training programs for clinical staff to ensure proficiency in CVRx technologies.
- Aid the Clinical Research team in maintaining study data quality and reliability.
