- 7 or more years recent success in sales or business development in Class III medical device sales.
- Demonstratable track record of successes in the field of medical device sales.
- Knowledge of medical & surgical concepts and active implantable medical device technology.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively manage relationships with key customer groups.
- Independent, self-motivated, and self-starter.
- Resilient and patient-focused with knowledge of insurance authorization challenges.
- Able to travel 50-75% annually.
- Advanced degree preferred and healthcare experience beneficial.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve patient implant and revenue goals, driving the growth and success of CVRx technologies.
- Maintain a deep understanding of complex physiological and technical principles related to CVRx therapies.
- Provide comprehensive support for implants, follow-up procedures, and troubleshooting.
- Support clinical investigators with technical inquiries and researched solutions.
- Present CVRx devices to leading cardiologists and specialists.
- Offer on-call clinical support and deliver training for physicians.
- Provide valuable feedback to the R&D team for product enhancements.
- Design and deliver training programs for clinical staff.
- Aid the Clinical Research team in maintaining high-quality follow-up and data completeness.
