Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in global compensation & benefits, and HR, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in managing global compensation and benefits programs.
  • Experience with Fidelity stock and retirement plans preferred.
  • Experience with Radford or similar market data.
  • Public company experience, preferably in a technology company.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions and processes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to think strategically while managing daily operations.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Expertise in data analytics, HRIS systems, and project management tools.
Responsibilities:
  • Implement a total rewards strategy in partnership with the CFO and Head of People.
  • Analyze market data and industry trends to create competitive reward packages.
  • Manage DigitalOcean’s equity program in compliance with SEC requirements.
  • Provide analysis and create presentations for the Compensation Committee.
  • Oversee and optimize global benefits plans while working with the Finance team.
  • Lead a team of compensation and benefits professionals and manage their performance.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
  • Stay current with industry trends and legislative changes.
