- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in global compensation & benefits, and HR, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in managing global compensation and benefits programs.
- Experience with Fidelity stock and retirement plans preferred.
- Experience with Radford or similar market data.
- Public company experience, preferably in a technology company.
- Strong understanding of HR functions and processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to think strategically while managing daily operations.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Expertise in data analytics, HRIS systems, and project management tools.
- Implement a total rewards strategy in partnership with the CFO and Head of People.
- Analyze market data and industry trends to create competitive reward packages.
- Manage DigitalOcean’s equity program in compliance with SEC requirements.
- Provide analysis and create presentations for the Compensation Committee.
- Oversee and optimize global benefits plans while working with the Finance team.
- Lead a team of compensation and benefits professionals and manage their performance.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
- Stay current with industry trends and legislative changes.
